Warranty
Every part sold by Power Tool Parts is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the delivery date.
Coverage
- Manufacturing defects and premature failures under normal use.
- Replacement or repair at our discretion.
Not covered
- Damage from incorrect installation, misuse, accidents or water exposure (unless rated).
- Normal wear items whose service life has elapsed.
- Products modified or disassembled by the buyer.
How to claim
- Email support@powertoolparts.site with your order number, a short video or photos of the fault.
- Our team responds within 1–2 business days with a solution.
- Approved claims receive a free replacement or refund — return shipping is on us for defective items.
